My name is Lizbeth, and I am the creator of Lion + Soul.  I discovered my ability to heal with flowers during my self-love healing journey.  During this journey, I discovered Reiki and it helped me heal my inner-childhood wounds.  As I kept on myself, I kept ascending and found myself using various flowers to raise my vibration.  That is when I realized that Flower Therapy Healing was a very real thing.  I have always felt connected to plants and food which is why I became a Food Scientist.  This new found passion of mine lead me to get my certifications as a Flower Therapy and Reiki Master.  I am now ready to share everything I have learned with the collective to help raise the vibration of the world.
